These Terms of Use apply to creator-ratings.com (the “Site”), run by Daksh Pandya, New Jersey, United States. By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site is

Creator Ratings is a free fan site for the game Modern Warships. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Artstorm or Gaijin Entertainment. Modern Warships and related names, images and logos belong to their owners.

Ratings are opinions

Ratings, verdicts, pros and cons, loadouts and articles are the opinions of the creators who wrote them. Game stats are collected from the official Modern Warships Wiki and may be out of date or wrong after game updates. Everything is provided for fun and information only. Don't rely on it for purchases or other decisions.

Using the Site

• You may browse the Site and share links to it.
• You may share tier lists and pictures you make with the Tier List Maker.
• Don't copy the Site's content in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, or republish creators' ratings as your own.
• Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the Site or its server.

Content ownership

Game images and data belong to Artstorm. Creators' ratings and articles belong to their creators, who allow them to be shown here. The Site's own design, text and code belong to Daksh Pandya.

Links and ads

The Site links to other websites and shows ads from third parties. We aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Daksh Pandya and Creator Ratings are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss, arising from your use of the Site.

Changes and ending

We may change these Terms, or change or stop the Site, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
